The ‘Samvidhan Bachao Rally’, led by Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee President Shri Keisham Meghachandra Singh, was held today at Kumbi Assembly Constituency in Bishnupur District, reaffirming the Congress Party’s commitment to protect the Constitution and democratic values.
